3 world-class acts from different corners of the globe come together to share their singing strings. Bringing the Latin heat is trio Montuno Cubano. Led by Cuban Jazz guitarist Jorge Peña, the ensemble covers bolero, guaracha, salsa, mambo, and more with passionate vocals and raw energy. Violinist Tzu-Cheng Wang has performed and conducted in some of the world’s most prestigious concert halls. He charms listeners with his impressive soundscapes and virtuosic touch across genres from classical to jazz. Tiffany Liu, originally from China, has become an integral piece of the music community on PEI. Performing the pipa for over 20 years, she’s become a master of one of China’s oldest instruments, performing at various festivals as a soloist and collaborating with others.
