Hung-Min Chiang for his outstanding work, dedication, and contributions to Island Heritage
Jody Jesso for her outstanding work in the field of heritage and genealogy on Prince Edward Island
Dale MacAusland for his outstanding work and dedication creating quality woolen items, operating his mill, and preserving Prince Edward Island's heritage
